Uncanny X-Men #94 1975

In my opinion this book presents somewhere around F+/VF- Due to the detached centerfold I suspect if you were to send it in to a Grading Company it would not grade that high. This in my opinion is an opportunity to own a copy that presents very well at a more reasonable price point. You may agree or disagree with my assessment as this is just my opinion.
