If graded, I'd say this book is a 8.5 or better. Front cover a few small spine ticks, a skinny/black line over "E/N" in "X-MEN" could be printing defect? Doesn't appear to be a pen/pencil mark and a small 1/8 inch are of soiling? /discoloration in top left hand corner. Back cover has a few areas of scuffing, a dent line running the length of the spine, and a 1 inch fold on top left hand side of cover. Pages are clean with some having perforation tears.
