The Incredible Hulk #181 (Nov 1974, Marvel) 1st Appearance Wolverine

Up for sale is the highly sought after Incredible Hulk 181: the first appearance of Wolverine. This book has been in climate controlled storage for the past 30+ years, but seems to be in pretty good shape.

I have no idea what it would grade at. Please look at all the pictures for your own opinion. I would note there is no marking in the book.

Spine does not appear rolled, but there is a slight discoloration on the back cover from the box it was in. The cover is attached, the pages are not torn, and the Marvel Value Stamp is intact.
