Very nice TALES TO ASTONISH #27, First appearance of ANT MAN, January 1962. Jack Kirby does the Ant-Man story and a great 5 page story DEAD PLANET by Steve Ditko, and some Don Heck as well. Paper quality is off white/white and very supple, the book handles easily. There is some general wear and a 1/2 inch tear at Henry Pym's left foot.

Staples are tight at both the centerfold and the cover and there are no splits on the spine. There might be a small amount of color touch on the ant in the bottom right corner, not sure.

There is no bleed through on the inside of cover so if there is color touch, its professional. Really strong copy overall, I grade it at a VG+(4.5).
