However, upon closer scrutiny the cover has a tiny edge chip out of the bottom center and some minor spine wear and a tiny spine split at the top tip of the spine plus the requisite subtle bumps, dings, and slight surface creases and edge flaws. The innards are unmolested, no stains, tears, smudges, writing, long creases or other signs of past use except a couple small upper corner creases towards the center, and the pages remain clean and supple and cream to off-white in color.
