Saga Of The Swamp Thing 37, Vol. 1 from (Jun, 1985), (First Full Appearance Of John Constantine). In this issue you actually see more of John Constantine then the previous issue 36 as you only get to see a few close ups of him. He is a Scotland yard detective who came from LiverPool, London as a supernatural advisor to help the Swamp Thing solve mysteries and find his inner powers.

He became an instant hit after this appearance and a second in Crisis On Infinite Earths 4. A few other appearances he got his own title series in 1988 called HellBlazer. The style and the tone of the story changed from supernatural to gothic by Alan Moore which help John Constantine and series to become very popular through the years.

The character has some similarities with Baron Winters from a series called Night Force. John was included currently in Batman Damned Mini-Series, DCeasded issues and a few others key issues involving Darkseid. And he was even been included in his own film titled adaption released in 2005 by Warner Brothers and played by Keanu Reeves. Also the short lived series Constantine and 3 other shows by Warner Brothers. Pages are pretty White still. Condition of comic is really nice consideringage. This is a most have key issue in the DC continuity and important. I think a nice press would do it some good as well before you get it graded. I have included pictures, front and back of the book. It has some flaws as it has some light shelf wear in the back. This a most have for any one collecting, key issues, John Constantine or Swamp Thing issues.
