LOT of (8) SILVER/BRONZE AGE Marvel Comics? IRON MAN Hulk AVENGERS Daredevil ASM

This listing features a MIXED LOT of (8) vintage comic books! Most of the comics in this lot are from the highly coveted SILVER AGE era! Two books are more recent from the 1970's. This gorgeous set of vintage books appear to have significant upside investment potential!

The books come in varied conditions, with about half looking to be in the middle grade range. And the other half leaning toward the higher grade range!

The following grades are estimates and largely based on my own interpretation of the "Overstreet Comic Book Grading Guide". The estimated grades combined with the photos should give you a pretty good idea of the condition of each book.

Aside from the unsightly discoloration seen in the photos, Invincible Iron Man #2 is actually pretty clean overall. So for me, that's a tough one to grade. It COULD be a low grade book?

It's also worth noting that there are a few details which may be difficult to spot in the images. Most notably, Daredevil #40 has a red printer's mark at the top & Avengers #35 also has some nicks across the top, so be sure to look out for that. Daredevil #11 has a 1965 date stamp on the front cover. This is definitely visible in the photos. Per the Overstreet Grading Guide, these original date stamps can actually INCREASE the value for many collectors!

I'm a casual investor and NOT a professional grader! Again, my grades are estimates which are largely based on the Overstreet Comic Book Grading Guide, a highly reputable source! The good news is that if just ONE of these books is sent to CGC for 3rd party grading and comes back with a relatively high grade, the entire lot of books is basically paid for! Unfortunately, I need quick cash and don't have time to wait for the grading process. My loss can be your gain!

Obviously, grading is NOT an exact science. A strong bias exists for both buyers and sellers.

As a result, comic book grading tends to be very subjective. So PLEASE don't take my word for it. We implore all potential buyers to analyze all of the photos carefully BEFORE making any serious offers! If you need more photos to determine the condition of one or more books, please let me know!
