This is a fantastic CGC graded first issue of Marvel's The Amazing Spider-Man published in March of 1963. This comic was the first in the Spider-Man series and retold the origin of the Spider-Man story first created in Amazing Fantasy #15 in 1962. It also included the first Fantastic Four crossover. Written by Stan Lee with art by Steve Ditko.
The comic was graded by CGC as 2.5 with off-white pages. This comic came to us from an Upstate New York estate. This first Spider-Man series comic will make an incredible addition to your collection.
