X-Men 1 CGC 4.0 1963 OFF-WHITE PAGES. First Appearance Of The X-Men! This comic book is a first print US edition, the real deal!!! When it was graded by CGC it was given a 4.0 grade with off-white pages.

Please note the cover is not a clean white color, it is off-white to cream in my opinion. There is some writing on the cover in the top write corner that was there when CGC graded the book, so they took that into account.

Please examine the photos well, they are actual photos of the book I have in hand! Sad to see this one go. X-men is highly anticipated in the MCU.
