ESTATE Marvel Silver Bronze KEY Comic Collection GS Xmen 1 ASM 2 121 Avengers 4. We got a call from an estate clean out company hired to empty the contents of a huge estate in Northern Connecticut. The house dating back to the early 1800s was well over 10,000 square feet and looked like a time capsule back to the early and mid 20th century, filled with everything imaginable from thousands of newspapers to consumer products from over 75 years ago. The owners of the old estate had passed and their kids were interested in cleaning out the estate for resale.
We received a call due to the large amount of collectibles that were in the house. We were brought into a library on the 2nd floor and presented with boxes of comics, magazines and fanzines. After going through the room over a few hours, we put together piles of like material and worked out a deal with the family heirs through our contact at the clean out company.
The comics were not in high grade but there were tons of Key issues and great comics.
