Daredevil #1 Cbcs 9.0 White Pages Ss Stan Lee 1st App Key Grail 1964 Comic Book

Up for sale today is a wonderful comic and one of the holy grail keys from the Silver Age of comics. This is DAREDEVIL #1, in a beautiful unrestored 9.0 condition w/ nice well-centered WHITE pages, with a giant gorgeous PERFECTLY PLACED (and legible) Stan Lee WITNESSED verified signature on the first page.

On the CGC census there are only 5 Stan Lee signed books graded higher than 9.0. This book here is of course CBCS-graded and witnessed, but it looks as if this book is among the few top-graded and signed copies of DAREDEVIL #1 in existence. HOW MANY OF THOSE have white pages with a front cover signature quality like this one? I'd love to know, but I suspect not too many..
