BATMAN ADVENTURES 1st HARLEY QUINN DC BATGIRL POISON IVY. It is in PERFECT condition and has never been opened as you can see the original tape seal is not broken.

Im sure it would grade out at a 9.6 or higher. I added several close up photos. Some questioned if the spots are on the plastic or the cover. There are no flaws or spots on the cover of the comic, as it has never been removed from the plastic. There is a piece of lint between the cover and plastic that looks like a spot, however you can see that it moves in the photos I have added. Per several requests, I have added a photo of the back and front cover along with a center page outside of the plastic. I believe this is the first time it was removed, and You can see it is absolutely perfect and in pristine condition.
